Product Characteristics
The switchgear is designed with complete metal armor and a fully enclosed structure.
The interior is divided into four independent compartments: circuit breaker room, busbar room, cable room, and relay instrument room. Each functional unit is sealed with metal plates and equipped with an independent pressure release channel and release door.
The switch cabinet body is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate processed by CNC sheet metal forming, connected by high-strength bolts, nuts, and rivet nuts. The surface is sprayed or galvanized. It can be equipped with ZN85A vacuum circuit breakers, French Schneider's SF1, SF2 type, and Alstom FP series SF6 circuit breakers.
Circuit breaker opening/closing, moving-in/out, and ground switch opening/closing can be performed with the cabinet door closed.
Designed with complete "five prevention" safety functions: prevents misoperation of circuit breaker, pushing trolley with load, ground switch transmitting power at the grounding position, and accidental entry into live compartments.
Features a convenient door panel observation window to view circuit breaker status, trolley position, energy storage position, and ground switch status.
The switchgear trolley has excellent interchangeability. Secondary wires are arranged in a spacious cable tray, and primary cable connection is highly convenient.
Enclosure protection level is IP4X (IP2X between compartments and when the door is open). Allows front or back maintenance, face-to-face, back-to-back, or against-wall installation to save floor space.
